Essexville drummer, Bay City bar owner, and builder of the Bay--this Saginaw River Craftsman got his start playing, touring, and burning up the tour trail with Michigan's early '80s stalwarts, The Burdons. Sharing a music label with The Police, R.E.M., The Go-Go's and more (IRS Records), The Burdons were a few years in front of another Bay City favorite--Madonna, taking their new wave songwriting sound across the south. Now owner of Scotty's Sandbar and Saginaw River Tug Company, Causley still performs with The Burdons, amongst others, and gives us an update on where they are now.
